Our Founder – Juan Diaz

Juan Diaz, founder and CEO of Equity Track PH, brings more than 30 years of expertise in real estate investment, development, and neighborhood revitalization. Raised in East Oakland, California, Juan's inspiring journey from modest beginnings to successful entrepreneur is marked by resilience, grit, and an unwavering commitment to uplifting underserved communities.

His past ventures—most notably Equity Track Inc.—have transformed neighborhoods by delivering affordable housing and fast, reliable property solutions. These proven models now serve as the blueprint for his work in the Philippines, where community and helping people always come first.
