Equity Track PH is urgently hiring Creative Media Specialists to support our high-volume social media and advertising operations. This role is perfect for fast, creative, and detail-oriented individuals who can produce scroll-stopping content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and ad platforms.
You’ll work with our marketing and creative teams to produce videos, graphics, and ad creatives using both traditional editing tools and modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, etc.). If you’re hungry to grow in a creative, tech-forward environment — this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality static ads, social media graphics, and marketing visuals
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Facebook ads, UGC-style clips)
- Produce high-volume creative output for social media and paid ads
- Conduct research on competitors, trends, and winning ad creatives
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, etc.) to speed up production
- Brainstorm and conceptualize hooks, angles, and ad ideas
- Maintain organized asset libraries with proper naming conventions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and performance-driven creative outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements
- Strong skills in graphic design and photo editing (Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar)
- Creative thinker with strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Ability to work fast and produce high-volume output
- Understanding of social media trends, formats, and algorithm-friendly content
- Experience using AI tools for creative work is a BIG PLUS
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of independent execution
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho is a plus.
- Interest in content creation or simple graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
