We’re looking for a Next-Gen General Admin Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations, social media, ads, calls, and more. No experience required — experience is a plus but not necessary. We provide full training through Equity Track to help you become an all-around support specialist ready to grow in a modern, tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) by creating posts, scheduling content, and engaging with followers.
  • Assist with social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) including monitoring, reporting, and basic optimization.
  • Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and data entry.
  • Use AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Assist the team in basic lead generation, research, and reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience is a plus but NOT required — we will provide full training.
  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms and online tools.
  • Strong English communication skills for both written and verbal tasks.
  • Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and willingness to learn more.
  • Open to learning AI tools for automation, chat support, and marketing tasks.
  • Ability to handle calls and customer interactions confidently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho is a plus.
  • Interest in content creation or simple graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
