A U.S.-based plumbing company, is urgently hiring In-Office Dispatchers to support our American customers and coordinate field technicians.
This role requires someone confident on calls, detail-oriented, and fast with tools and scheduling workflows.
You’ll be the bridge between U.S. customers and our plumbers — answering inbound calls, scheduling jobs, and ensuring technicians are dispatched efficiently and on time. If you’re reliable, organized, and capable of handling fast-paced operations, this role is an excellent long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers
- Dispatch plumbers and technicians to job sites
- Schedule, update, and confirm service appointments
- Handle customer follow-ups and basic inquiries
- Update daily logs, job orders, and CRM system records
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy during high-call-volume periods
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Clear voice and confident phone handling
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
- Tech-literate: Google Workspace, basic scheduling tools, CRMs
- Ability to work onsite (strictly no remote option)
- Previous call center or dispatching experience is a BIG PLUS
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with U.S. customer service
- Familiarity with service industry workflows (HVAC, plumbing, field services)
- Understanding of time zone coordination
- Ability to multitask across calls, schedules, and CRM tools
