We are seeking a proactive and curious Data Analyst who can turn numbers into stories that drive smarter decisions. You will dig into data from various sources, uncover insights using Excel and AI-powered tools, and present clear recommendations that help the team spot opportunities, solve problems, and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and maintain datasets from various sources
  • Analyze data using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Create clear reports and dashboards to communicate findings
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business operations
  • Collaborate with other team members to understand data needs
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data at all times

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, functions, pivot tables)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear, concise manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analysis tools (ChatGPT, Excel AI features, Google Sheets add-ons, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for querying data
  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) to streamline reporting
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (optional but valuable)
  • Experience creating interactive dashboards and automated reports
  • Understanding of business metrics and KPIs to give context to analysis
  • Ability to present findings visually and tell data-driven stories
